MEETS allows Instructors to generate shareable links for scheduled events. These links can enable external guests to join meetings or view recordings without needing to be enrolled in the corresponding LMS course.

When accessing the event using the link, attendees will be presented with the following screen. Clicking on the "Join" button will log the user into the meeting as an attendee.
Note that depending on the security settings by the MEETS administrator and Instructor, users may be required to login via the organization's SSO service before accessing this screen.
If it is too early to join, the "Join" button will be greyed out. The button will automatically turn to yellow when it is time to join the meeting.
If the instructor has allowed for recordings to be viewed using the link, users will be access the meeting recordings using the same link after the event has concluded.
