Your Firefox Cookies settings may be blocking the web conferencing platform from opening, when joining from MEETS.
To resolve the issue,
Log into MEETS, click on the "shield" icon in the FF address bar.
You will see the following window. Scroll the button to the left to turn off the enhanced tracking:
