Teachers can take notes about the students in the MEETS platform.

Suggested usage cases may include:

  1. Notes regarding new student's needs and requirements. 
  2. Summary of private meetings with the students 
  3. Memos for points of discussion for future meetings with the students
  4. Points to discuss with the student's parents or advisor


1. Creating notes:

This can can be useful for making notes after meeting with students.

Go to the "Notes" tab. Choose the student the note relates to in the drop-down,(1) and create the note.


2. Viewing, editing, adding and deleting notes


Once a note is created, you can view the note, edit it, add or delete notes for that student by clicking on the note number (2).




This will open the note editor.



3. privacy and security

The notes are available to the teacher only and cannot be viewed by the admins, other teachers or students. This assures the privacy of the content.


The notes section is available if enabled by the MEETS administrator.
