iOS on Safari on a Mac, and on all browsers on the iPad and iPhone, blocks opening third party platforms by default.

Chrome on a Mac also may block third parties.

CirQlive enables launching the third party integration platform by either opening the application in a new tab or by offering a "continue" button that one sees when entering the integration platform. Clicking on that button, connects you to the third party integration platform.

If you would like to continue having the MEETS integration platform open in your LMS window/avoid having to click on the "continue" button the configuration needed for iPad/iPhones and Safari on Mac is to disable the "Prevent Cross Site Tracking" configuration.

For Chrome on Mac, go to your chrome Browser and copy the following text: chrome://flags. Search for the words "SameSite by Default cookies" and change the setting to "disabled"
