The following image provides an overview of the main MEETS Event Calendar page. Users will be taken to this page when they access MEETS.

  1. Set your time zone. You can set multiple time zones as well (useful when traveling).
  2. Click the “Join” button to attend a scheduled session. This button shows up 15 minutes before the session start time.

  3. Click to see the MEETS Event Calendar and upcoming events.
  4. Schedule and view online appointments.
  5. Access cloud recordings for Web Conferencing sessions (if enabled at your institution).

  6. Access uploaded course material to MEETS (if enabled at your institution).

  7. Click to register for this course's Webex Teams room (formerly Webex Spark) (if enabled at your institution).

  8. Access and configure your account settings.

  9. Select date or scroll through calendar.
  10. Select Day/Week/Agenda calendar view.
