CirQlive offers file storage plans on the CirQlive Cloud. If your institution has opted to store files on CirQlive, you will find a Content section in the Admin Panel, where you can manage your files stored on CirQlive.
Please pay attention to your storage quota, and if needed, purchase more storage to assure continuity of the service. You can delete a file by selecting the file, and clicking on the delete button.
Files appearing in the Content section include:
- WebEx recordings in MP4 format - if your institution has opted to enable automatic conversions for WebEx ARF files to MP4 using the CirQlive automatic conversion tool
- GoToTraining Recordings - if your institution has opted to have MEETS automatically download your GoToTraining recordings from the GoToTraining Cloud and store them on CirQlive
- Zoom recordings - if your institution has opted to have MEETS automatically download your Zoom recordings from the Zoom Cloud and store them on CirQlive
- Files manually uploaded by users - if your institution has opted to enable the file upload option in MEETS
